Clients are responsible for the full payment of all services at the time they are rendered.

To help us keep our therapy rates stable and fair for all families, a 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions. This fee reflects the direct cost charged by credit card companies.
To avoid this fee, we are happy to accept Debit cards, cash, or checks, which never incur an additional charge. We appreciate your support of our local practice!
